For this activity, we assembled into groups and placed our fingerprints on a "modus operandi" sheet. The top row contains our prints for the right hand, and the bottom row contains our prints for the left hand. Next, we labeled each of the prints by its patterns
After we placed all of our fingerprints and labeled, we exchanged the papers with our partners, and we had to check whether the patterns matched with the correct lablel. (such as radial loop, double whorl, etc.)
In Addition to the "Modus Operandi" sheet, we also practiced dusting and collecting fingerprints.
For the first part, we pressed our thumbs down on a dark black surface. Since we pressed it on a black surface, we had to use a white powder such as talc in order reveal the print. Afterwards, we placed tape on top of the print and transferred it to a black sheet of paper.
For the second part of the Fingerprint activity, we placed our fingerprints on a white surface. since we pressed it down on a white surface, we had to use a black powder in order to reveal the print. lastly, we peeled back the print and transferred it onto a sheet of white construction paper.

Awesome :) this activity sounds like so much fun. I wish I could've done it.
You gave a really good and vivid descrpition of the event! well done lil bro.
Everything is very nice on this post!. the pictures support the text really nicely! its attractive!
you did well on this one :D
I bet Manami would do hundreds of fingerprint collections wrong xD
I think the top right picture is very interesting!
the different prints all have a basic pattern, yet there is one for each human! incredible!
also, everything here was neat and concise :)
what do you mean !? D: ? I could do it better than you. :P
You took some really nice pictures but I think some of them could use captions just to clarify for the reader what they are looking at. Remember not everyone seeing you blog is at our school. They may not know what you're talking about if your writing is too general.
your fingerprints in the activity are much better than mine, i also like your writing. (the whole blog is well done) :P
